Duties and Responsibilities工作職責
· Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
· 進行相關計劃和協(xié)調(diào)工作,以確保向客人提供友好和高效的服務
· Schedule activities for guests
· 安排客人的活動日程
· Plan and co-ordinate all promotional activities targeting clients
· 計劃和協(xié)調(diào)所有針對客戶的促銷活動
· Trace relevant statistics about clientele
· 對客戶的相關統(tǒng)計數(shù)字進行跟蹤
· Co-ordinate and supervise all activities for guests
· 協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督對客人開展的所有活動
· Assist with check-ins/check-outs of clients
· 協(xié)助客人辦理入住和退房手續(xù)
· Greet Guests upon arrival
· 在客人抵店時進行迎接
· Room Guests
· 為客人安排客房
· Cover guest relations desk
· 負責客戶關系臺的工作
· Assist guests with airline bookings and re****ation’s
· 協(xié)助客人進行航班預訂和確認
· Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
· 協(xié)助所有部門滿足客人的各種需求
· Assist staff with foreign language and culture
· 如有必要,可參加一些相關招待活動
· Plan and conduct group and function rundown meetings
· 計劃并召開關于團組和活動的總結會
· Assist in any other duties when required by the Guest Relations Manager
· 按照客戶經(jīng)理的要求對其它任務進行協(xié)助
· Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc) as required
· 按要求協(xié)助翻譯(信息、客戶名單、菜單等)
